Hair and Makeup styles for pale skin blue eyes blonde hair?

Hi, my best friend is coming over to get ready for homecomeing and i have to do her hair and Make Up. I have no idea what to do, she is tall with very pale skin, blue eyes and long blonde hair (she wants and updo hairstyle). Her dress is a dark gray. Any ideas or websites with ideas on how to do her hair and makeup?

I think the pale look goes really great with a dark grey dress. I would go for some pale press powder and pail pink blusher but do her eye shadow silvery colour and some black eye liner would look amazing too. You can get this from Boots but if you haven’t got one mix and match where you get it all from!!!!!
