this is just a smoky eye look. she used black eyeliner and smudged it and black eyeshadow up to but not past her crease. she put a light layer of black eyeliner on her lower lid. and finished it off with a good mascara. i wouldnt do this if you have light eyes though, it will make your eyes look really small and gray
