Make Up tips for dark brown eyes?

I have like black eyes and dark brown hair. Caramel skin. Im not sure of my eye shape, but it looks droopy when I wear eyeliner underneath my lower lid. Roundish eyes maybe?
Should I wear shimmery peaches or pinks? Any other make up tips would be appreciated!
